Our Mission
Cal Poly's Office of Conference and Event Planning offers a wide variety of facilities and conference services to University departments and external businesses and organizations.
Conference and Event Planning Provides
- Summer housing accommodations and services to conferences and programs. On-campus accommodations are available mid-June through mid-August for adult and youth programs
- Conference and program budget development and planning services
- Coordination of campus space use and dining services for University Departments and external groups
- Planning and coordinating tools and services for events, space use, set ups and financial management and tracking
- Coordination and management of camps or programs throughout the academic year and summers
- Employment and job opportunities for Cal Poly students, faculty, staff and campus departments
